I believe that the following are all of the cut numbers: 0 = T,  1 = A,  2
= U,  3 = V, 5 = E, 7 = B,  8 = D,  9 = N .  0, 1, 5 and 9 are most
commonly cut. Some are so rarely used that I am not 100% sure that my list
is correct. Some ops send ENN for 599. I am not a fan of using any cut
number in a contest serial number exchange!

As a novice CW op I would like to know if there are acceptable cut numbers?
And if so, what are they?
