[CQ-Contest] NCJ's in Canada?

          Has the latest issue been rec'd in Canada yet?  I see numerous
mentions of it.

 

I either give mine away or toss them, so can't determine if my sub ran out
(paper sticker might have expire date printed on it, right?)

or it's on a dogsled somewhere in the frozen north destined for NB
