The seat is now taken by a Canadian (and as expected, non-African!).
This is definitely NOT the way to promote amateur radio and contesting in
this continent.
I was a dreamer when I believed I'll have a 'special' exception to overlook
my unfair DQ in WW SSB 2016 for me to re-take my seat (like other had in
previous WRTCs!!). At least, give priority to Africans!
