One geography-related thing I have wondered about as regards usage of loggers
is whether the keyboard shortcuts conflict with different keyboard layouts
around the world.

It appears WinTest was used by more teams than N1MM in WRTC 2018. It is
a geographical preference, or a functionality difference? Could someone
