One weekend in May each year wouldn’t support that. Not even the Donald would
underwrite that non-starter in the rust belt.

Tear it completely down. Build a conference center with 2 or 3 floors of
exhibit space, forum rooms, banquet halls and restaurants with 15 floors of
hotel rooms (even a golf course). Flea market, CTU, forums, super suites,
contest/DX/Topband dinners, and exams all in one place. Greene County is great
so far, but this would be even better. No more Crowne Plaza!
