[CQ-Contest] From or Subject line for WPX/WW LCR's?

I am a gmail user, and I can't find any LCR's for my WPX or WW entries in
my gmail inbox.

Can anyone remind me, what the "From" or "Subject" line would read?

Any other gmail users who have advice for how to set whitelisting so the
LCR's don't get marked as Spam (which I suspect may be happening to me?)
