[CQ-Contest] New York QSO Party - October 17 - NYQP

It looks like all 62 NY counties will be on the air this year.  In addition, 
there are several mobiles planning trips across the state and they are fun to 
chase.  The plaques are great and there are tons of them.  Special thanks to
