The CQ Contest Committee answers this question in its Rules FAQ for the
CQWW Phone & CW contests under "Logging Questions."  While there is no FAQ
posted for the CQWW RTTY contest, on this contest's home page is the
statement: "Identical wording is used for both the RTTY and CW/SSB rules
where the intent is the same." The CQWW phone/CW FAQ is at this link:
