DVP and CT-9

  I have not been able to get the DVP to work past version 9.02.  When
I try and record a CQ message....The Record indicator comes up but shows
no activity.   Also I noticed that when I boot a .BIN file, on the
start-up window, It says that it is creating the country table from 
C:CTY.DAT, Instead of C:\CT\CTY.DAT.    When I go to the DVP
edit function.....It says it can not open the files.....

     Version 9.02 works great.....Past that....Nothing.

What am I doing wrong????     Thanks.....Rich   KI3V
