I told Ken some more CTY.DAT changes were coming, so he might have held off.
I'll check with him before he ships any disks to make sure he has latest CTY
file (going up on board tonight).

There were two bugs that I reported, one having to do with reading the CTY
file for IARU contest, the other a minor problem with "special" CQ countries
(IT9, 4U1VIC, etc.)
