CT V9.20 fixes problems

Version 9.20 is on CT-BBS.  I can still move the mouse off the screen, 
using vga mode, but clicking the mouse off-screen no longer crashes CT.  
Also, 9.20 fixes the Ctrl-F9 problem, at least Ctrl-F9 works fine here in 
Version 9.20.

Thanks to all who responded to my query about the mouse problem.  
Apparently no one else could duplicate the problem!
