Try http://www.accessone.com/~virtual/ for a Win95 driver called VRAMDIR.
It works pretty good, dynamically sizes itself (instead of permanently
grabbing memory) and is faster than RAMDRIVE.SYS. I've never used it with
CT, but I don't see why it wouldnt work (in a DOS window). You can
download a fully functional demo... I think it stops working after 15 minutes.
