I had a similar problem (although with a lot fewer QSOs!) when I imported my
ARRL log. The release notes with CT 9.34 indicate that the internal time
format has changed by 7 hours, and until the log program makers catch up with
Ken's new format (and we all get updated versions) we'll have to deal with the
problem.
I always save a copy of my QSO database before any import, I really hope you
did, too.
I made a copy of my contest log (the .bin file), used CT-TIME to offset it by 7
hours, and imported that. I hope this works for you!
