After the contest started I discovered that my first 10 QSO's were an hour off.
I let it go to the end of the contest and tried to fix it using POSTCONTEST and
ALT F with the same results as you got.  I wound up changing my computer time
ten times to match the time for each correction I wanted to make.  Good thing I
caught it right away after only 10 Q's!!  ALT F does not seem to work the way it
should.  I have no idea for a solution.
