Henry,
There seems to be another problem HI and Alaska are missing from the
state/ve map. The rules clearly state that HI and AK are to be used as
states "50 states + DC"
I edited my DAT file to add them.
Does anybody know if this is the right thing to do? Or does CT have
some other magic way of handling AK and HI
