[ct-user] 9.40 locked up

I saw several posts to this reflector regarding 9.40 locking up.  That
happened to me several times during the IARU contest last weekend.  I had
to reboot the computer, and everything worked fine for a while.  I, as at
least one other, thought it was an RF problem affecting my computer, but
after reading the other posts describing the same problem, I'm not sure
what to think.  Is this a bug?
