[ct-user] bug report - loss of network serial comms

Hi friends

We operated in IARU Region 1 SSB Field Day last weekend
using CT in WPX Multi-Single mode.

We observed that network serial comms were lost when 
typing "." (full stop) in the callsign entry field.

This was evident on both computers in our network.

We had to quit to the DOS prompt and restart the batch
file to load the COMTSR's and CT to regain serial comms.
