[ct-user] 943 Date

While just playing around with CQWW at N5XJ I noticed the following:
Date on the generated xxxx.txt file seems to be wrong.
xxxx.all shows the correct dates.
Although the computer is set to the correct date and time (zulu); 0400
October 9, when the test qsos were logged, the date format comes out as
below:
1999-09-09
Did we miss something?
