Hi Andy,

Check out the Logconv Homepage at http://www.qsl.net/ka5wss/logconv/  I
didn't see the RES extension listed but it will do most everything else.
Keep in mind that some programs require you to play with the time format and
always work on a COPY.  I duplicate my logging programs and import into the
copies and once I'm satisfied I do a merge log routine which for me is very
stable.
