[ct-user] ARRL SS CT946 Serial Number Problems

Some sort of relationship existed between the number of mult station
contacts and the size of the incorrect serial number.  Towards the end
of the contest the erroneous new serial number grew to between 58??? and
64816. We had to use the mult station as a online serial number repair
system to keep the run station functioning.
