Cabrillo is not done yet. The ARRL does not require it this year. It will be
fully functioal next year.

Just finished printing out logs from November SS SSB and Cabrillo File
contains no QSOs. I looked back to files from CQWW SSB and found Carillo
format with all QSOs listed. What happened? I did a Writelog and
WriteARRL. I was hoping to submit new format to ARRL but had to submit
old ASCII text file. BTW I used CT 9.46 (latest update).
