[ct-user] Configuring PC for req'd COM/LPT ports

I have a tower PC, a KAM TNC and use CT for contesting.

Could I please solicit help in configuring my com/lpt ports so that I
reduce the conflicts. I just had a chance to run on ADSL instead of a
modem and I couldn't because I didn't have enough slots available. Do
you folks disable your modem to free up a com port?
