[ct-user] WRITEARRL

CT's "WRITEARRL" does not seem to produce a ".LOG" file by name or by
substance.
I get a ".ALL" file that is similar to what the ARRL web site says is
acceptable.
However, the .ALL file has page headers which the League says explicitly
that it DOESN'T want.

Suggestions?

Is Cabrillo available in CT9.48? If so, should I use that?
