[ct-user] Bad VFO-B data

I used packet for the first time in years in ARRL SSB over the weekend,
version 9.40.  Using Icom 765.  A couple of times, after I had worked
split stations, when I would post a spot the QSX frequency would appear
in the spot and I couldn't get it to go away without rebooting.
