The UA4H's gave 30, which is correct IMO. The question for me is, shall I
count them as 3 pointer Europeans or as 5-pointer Asians ? I think, I stick
with the 3 points but use them as mults, too.
RM0I should have been operating from Magadan region, which is Zone 24.

I observed that some UA9 regions had bad defaults zone in CT. I can't recall
exactly, which one was that.
