[ct-user] V9.50 WPX Mult count problem

I was using CT in the SAC contest this weekend. Just playing using the
calling it a WPX contest.

The summary sheet showed ZERO multipliers for 160/80/40 meters.
The score was wrong for the same reason.

The score sheet withing the program had same problem
