[ct-user] wcf not showing in ss section window

thanks to all.  i have edited the sec file and put WCF in the one column as
WCF(4land) - the parens in case i forget florida is down there :-)
    
hopefully, ct will enlarge the display window.  there are a lot of call areas 
sitting there with maximum lines that would have the same problem.
