I have uploaded 9.50.008. Since I haven't finished testing it, I haven't
called it 9.51. This fixes the WRTC bugs reported earlier this summer. It
also adds a network message which passes serial number information around
the network. If you are going to use this version in a network environment,
be sure all the computers are at this revision.
