I don't understand why there are a lot of questions about ct just a couple
of
week before cqww !?.
May be there is people just try to use a new and unknow software
only few time before contest ?
A complete and complex software can't be learned "the day before" !!!!
It's a simple suggestion to use another machine for that, or there is
someone that think ct should do the contest for him and a coffee mug too ?
I'm still using an old rel. 8.22 updated with countries files running in an
old 386
notebook working in dos and is still working well. This pc is used only for
radio with ct, a logging dos program and a dos program for tnc.
It's possible to buy an old notebook for about 50$ here too if you have
space problem in the shack or for less an old 486 and for this kind of use
is still a good choice.
Why you need to have that dammned winxx doing all. There are problems with
win using software for win too.
Why try to put a dos program running under win ?
Are you shure that win is that nice os that all write and say !!
This are just few personal , may be suggestions , and opinions. Sorry for my
writing english.
