[ct-user] m/s in ss

as others have reported m/s with multiple computers doesn't work in ss.  the
sent serial number is always 1 and the displayed number increments on all the
computers except the one doing the logging at the time.

s/u seems to work, at least the numbers increment correctly as each qso is
logged and the sent number cooresponds to the number on the screen.  you just
have to be sure that each qso is logged in the correct order when switching
bands... i.e. you have to have the qso actually entered to increment the number
on the other machine, if you are waiting for a fill after sending your report
and haven't logged the qso another band could send the same serial number.
