No, It doesn't lock up when I start ct. It locks up when I push the first
memory button and stays that way. (This happens in the monitor mode with no
rf being keyed so it's not an rf problem) Even when I shut down ct, the
computer is still locked-up and keying the radio with a solid carrier. Only
when I shut down the computer does it stop key down. Also if I shut down
ct 9.47/9.53 and start 9.27, the carrier persists until I push a memory key
and then 9.27 starts to key the contents of the memory.
