What is the hardware address and IRQ of com3? Make sure that they match
COMTSR3. Don't forget to set the baud rate in CT. Are there other cards
that share the same IRQ (interrupt) as com3?
Try setting the IC-706 to x'50' and using IC-756 within CT. It is best to
use radios of the same manufacture time.
