[ct-user] Upgrade problems

As a reminder, if you think there is a bug in CT, first make sure you are 
running the LATEST release as announced on www.k1ea.com/ctvault or in the 
"What's New" section of the home page.  Also read the release notes 
RELEASE9.TXT that is packaged with the update file.  Then let us know if 
the problem is still there.
