[ct-user] CT 9.58 Radio Control for FQP

My Friend K6KM asked me to relay this:

CT 9.58 does not control the FT1000MP for the FQP contest.  The problem
appears in both the FL-side and the rest-of-the-world- side.  Other contests
work fine.
