For the first time I had trouble installing an up-date.  This was 9.63 as
previously mentioned.  Tried last evening an it installed without any
difficulty--just like the many previous updates.  I dont know why there
was a problem.  

Thanks to the many who offered help or suggested what the problem might
be....
