[ct-user] H_e_l_p - New CT User

Is there a good FAQ for brand new users?  I ordered CT over the phone
and had it delivered via the internet and don't have a manual yet - but
I want to use CT for FD.

Has someone written a good user manual or first timer's guide and posted
it to the net?

Any hints and suggestions for getting started are appreciated.
