[ct-user] cqp problems(ver 9.66.012)

Well I got the .013 ver and it is still the same problem. I think the .bin
file must be corrupted from the .012 ver. If I hit the space bar 4 times
after I enter a call it will show if it's a dupe. arghhhhhhhhhhh.
