[ct-user] Problem with CT Cabrillo Submission to ARRL

Jim, I discovered what I was doing wrong when submitting my NovSS Phone log. 
I was submitting the Log.txt file and Sum.txt file. As it turns out only the 
LOG.txt file is required. If both are sent the robot rejects the submission.

I am still having difficulty with converting my bin file to adif using C2A.  
However, I used LOGCONVERT to do the conversion and it appears to be OK.
