[ct-user] Windows XP Pro

I'm making a little progress. The company that supplies my kernel mode
driver has just released for XP. Let's hope it works.

What I was curious about was if there had been any progress using the
kernel
drivers with CTWin.  They would allow CW with XP & XP Pro.
