Yes, Windows 2000 can create multiple partitions and manage them. Setup the
DOS partition first, then install Windows 2000 and let it create another
partition in the remaining HDD space. Windows 2000 will present a menu at
boot time for selection of which OS gets booted. You can edit this menu to
choose which one is the default (loads if you don't specifically select one
or the other), edit the titles of each OS menu entry and edit the amount of
time the menu waits for you to select an OS before taking the default.
If you already have Windows 2000 installed and don't want to start over with
a clean HDD, then Partition Magic can create the additional partitiion(s)
for DOS or whatever.
