[ct-user] AR Cluster Spots in Announce Window & Bandmap

Thanks all for the replies on this.

We've got a unique problem in that we are on the fringe of the packet
cluster's coverage, and often become disconnected, especially during
contests with heavy usage.

Usually, when we get disconnected, we monitor the cluster while
disconnected. As such, the cluster commands don't help us, unless all of
the cluster users, who are those receiving the transmissions we're
monitoring, were to issue the commands, it will not help us.

I would think it would be a relatively easy change to make to essentially
ignore that extraneous info, especially since the time is consistently
displayed in the ####z format.
