[ct-user] ARRL VHF in CTWin 9.90

I tried Win 9.90 on two different machines and both lock up when I switch to
222 mhz or higher, message reads out of band 42310000.  I had hoped to use
CTWin for the rover now that the eyes don't work as well, but I may have to
revert to an older Win version.  Has anyone else tried Win 9.90 for VHF (I
know there is not a high interest...)?
