[ct-user] CT 10.002 NAQP Cabrillo Problem

Hi Ken:
Just checking NAQP Cabrillo output.
Looks like V10.002 is marking all non US/VE contacts as DX in Cabrillo.
Version 10.001 only marked DX as DX, US/VE and NA contacts were correct.

Also it look like the mult field in Cabrillo should be widened to 5
to accommodate mults like 4U1U

I've copied the Cabrillo files from 10.001 & 10.002 below.
