[ct-user] CTWin mapping keys

I'm looking for tips to map ALT-F9 and ALT-F10 to other keys
with CTWin. When I press the ALT key, the definekey sequence
completes. I never get a chance to press the F-key.

Is there another command to up/down the cw speed or am I
doing somehting wrong?
