I have been trying to find out why I get "stuttering" while using ct-win - the
old dos versions never did that.
Does anyone know if there is a way to dedicate more pc resources to the program
or the port? The problem is bad enough that I cannot use CT-WIN for generating
cw. It seems to be random, but it will usually truncate at least one letter
during a cq.
