[ct-user] Super Check Partial V 10.xx

I am not able to work this function.  Master.dta is loaded, and using Version 
10.

Shift F-8 brings up a Check Partial Window but a call entered, with no contest 
entries yet, does not produce anything.

Suggestions appreciated.
