CPE.  and I am told (by Kevin Knuth at Karlnet) that you want to set both.  He says that if you only set the 802.11 interface they will still burst into more bandwidth.

Ok, guys, better to set bandwidth cap on the CPE (on the Interface setup) or on the base (thru the Turbocell access list)?

And if it's set on the CPE, should it be restricted on the Ethernet interface, 802.11 interface, or both?
