[Karlnet] radio responding to two ip's

Hello,

I have a Karlnet satellite that that responds to two IP's.  I while
back I began to change from public ip's to private ip's.  One of the
stations running SA4300 V4.02 responds both to it's old public IP and
the the new private IP.  The IP setup from the setup menu shows the
private IP.  I can use the configev tool with either IP.

I have rebooted it a number of times.

How can I make this radio give up it's public IP.
