We are using the Senao (EnGenius) 200mW cards in the new RG+ boards. You
have to load the bin file before you put the cards in or you will get the
red light.
Hope this helps.

Well, I'm trying to use TC mode. The AP-1000 doesn't even boot up
completely. I hangs with a red light on the PC led that the card is plugged
in, regardless of slot A or B.

It is an EnGenius 200mW card from Netgate.com

Any thoughts?
