Those are the Agere OEM cards that don't come with an integrated antenna, 
instead there are 2 antenna connectors  The connector on the left is for RX/TX 
and the connector on the right is for RX only.  You can buy them from YDI or 
possibly even direct from Karlnet (with a KN-100/200 board)
